1313 SELAH will ship your items within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.  Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the shipping provider to process the shipment. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
For all international orders, the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches the country of destination. All international costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
We will accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in the original, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

To complete your return, please email info@1313selah.com with our order number and reason for the return. We will respond to confirm your request and with return instructions.
All domestic and international return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide tracking information once shipped.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed to send you an email to confirm receipt of item in addition to the status of your refund, whether approved or rejected.
If approved, a refund will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Once processed, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note your bank or financial institution might require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note, shipping fees are nonrefundable and sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not be shipped prior to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however, we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.

Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise.
